Akoshile Tanimola Abeeb
I am Tanimola Abeeb Akoshile.I came from a very small town ORO, kwara State,Nigeria but I lived in the largest city in Africa lagos,Nigeria.
I held a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Postgraduate diploma In Educational management, masters in international economics in (university of Ilorin, the National open university of Nigeria, and the University of lagos ,Nigeria respectively.
I have also had the privilege to also attend short courses in Utrecht university Netherland&stellenboschuniversity Capetown, South Africa, during the last couple of years .
I am an Athlete and had represented my institution in West Africa university Games (WAUG)&Nigerian university Games (NUGA)
I bring With me an expertise in human resources management,Project development , Analytic skills and forecasting Techniques of an active participatory years .
My involvement in volunteerism in Africa as a seasoned life-long coach and career educator to "Slum to school Groups " and Red Cross Society of Nigeria was part of my contribution while acquiring skills and interns Experieces
I have had official working Experience in teaching with the State Government of Nigeria for years as well as in the human resource capacity of the state universal basic education board .
My Unique Styles and leadership skills gave me an opportunity to work with one of the biggest strategic Group in lagos,Nigeria i.e,Alliant college as the Head of operations where I coordinated the Activities of the staffs,payroll management and project cordinator for several years .
My decision to pursue the MESCI's masters in Development Economics and International Cooperation
Program is a dream come true for me because it suits my interest in entrepreneurship& community development,interest on growth& sustainability, and I can as well as start my career while acquiring a perfect professional connection.
Now the time has come for me to learn from the selected best Educators in the world who shall equipped me with an in-depth understanding of economic development issues, with analytical skills and methods for applied research on poverty, inequality, migration, labour, credit, gender, environmental, trade issues, and addressing global challenges in the current regime type .
My aspiration to become an economist won't be accomplished without learning from the pool of Erudite professors at MESCI program.
I am glad to make a history as one of the representatives from My country as well as Africa at large .
