Hesham Abdelmotaal is a manager in the Strategic Consultancy department at Savills Egypt. He brings over a decade of experience in advisory roles across the Middle East, with expertise in real estate, public-private partnerships, healthcare, and education. He holds a degree in Political Science and Economics from the American University in Cairo and has consistently contributed to strategic advisory initiatives at both local, regional and international levels. Currently, he is part of the Strategic Consultancy team at Savills, specializing in market research, feasibility studies, and contributes to periodic publications.

Prior to joining Savills, Hesham led the Research and Advisory team within the same sector, overseeing all research and advisory activities for the local office, with a focus on education, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. Moreover, he worked in public affairs and government relations at a consultancy firm, where he provided economic advisory services to government entities. He has also collaborated on several market research projects with one of the world’s leading multinational market research agencies.
