I am Ph.D. economist and public servant at the General Inspectorate of the Budgetary Policy at Ministry of Economy and Finance in Italy (Rome) on monitoring, assessing and forecasting public finance. I am also researcher in economics particularly related to forecasting methods and econometric analysis on public finance. Thanks to the excellent experience of Master MESCI (it was the first edition 2002/2003!)  I had the opportunity to achieve my Ph.D. at the University of Barcelona (Spain) with the chance to attend many conferences in Europe and USA on time series analysis and forecasting.
